Return Policy:

Our utmost goal is your satisfaction.  If you are not completely satisfied with a product, just return it to us for a full refund.  Please contact our Customer Service team at info@bioesseprobiotics.com for instructions.  We accept returns, in original packaging, within 14 calendar days of the ship date.  Once we are in receipt of the returned products, your credit card will be refunded.

    When will my order arrive?

      Your order will ship within 2 – 3 days of purchase and will ship via FedEx, US Mail, or UPS depending upon your location.

        Will I receive an order confirmation?

          Yes.  Upon placing your order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you, complete with an order summary and a promise to notify you when the order has shipped.

            Will I be able to track my order?

              You will receive an email notifying you when your order has shipped. The email will include a tracking number for your convenience.

                Can I add items to an existing order?  What if I need to cancel my order? 

                  To better serve you, BioEsse will begin to process your order immediately after it’s submitted.  Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted. 

                    Is BioEsse sold in retail stores?

                      BioEsse is sold in select physician’s offices in Florida, but the best place to purchase BioEsse is from our website.   

                        Can I return items purchased online to a physician’s office who carries BioEsse? 

                          Orders purchased through the BioEsse website must be returned the same way they shipped.
